Here at Trixadoodles, we pride ourselves on giving you beautiful handmade designs and each frame is carefully put together specifically to your order. If you receive your order and you are not entirely happy or the item is defected we do accept returns and exchanges. Please note that any personalisation you require is your responsibility to ensure that spelling, dates and other information you provide is correct. Incorrect information given at the time of purchase does not qualify you for a refund or exchange.
Please email us within 14 days to inform us if you would like a refund or Exchange with your reason and we will provide you with the return address.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund as a result of the defect. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, along with the postage cost to return the item. This will be completed within 14 working days.
We hope you love your online purchases however if you change your mind, you are welcome to exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your item. Please note this does not include any personalised items. Please contact us at email@example.com with the product name and along with the product name would like to exchange it for. Please also include your Name, Address and Order Number.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item to be exchanged. Postage costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Trixadoodles Designs are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receiving your item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
